Russia has proven not to be the sleeping giant originally expected nor on the cyber or kinetic side as such many mentions of APT28 and APT29 I discuss understand this was at the pre-war / beginning days of the war. They have such proven unable to even properly encrypt communications to and from officers and commanders as well as soldiers not practicing OPSEC and using cell phones to call their loved ones such as in the new years massacre where over 100 soldiers were presumed to be located via text messages, tic toc and other social media while sitting on top of an ammo depot.
